Alabama Attorney General — Consumer Complaint
In March 2026 the Alabama AG issued a statewide cease-and-desist order against retailers selling kratom/7-OH products. Their office is the right place to report a retailer selling these products.

Selling Schedule I controlled substances is a felony under Alabama law. Local police can also investigate and refer cases for prosecution. Call your department's non-emergency line (search "[your city] police department non-emergency number") or check if they have an online tip form.
